Tiphanie Mcniff
Tiphanie is the current Raiderettes Director and was the previous UCLA Dance Team Coach. Prior to coaching, she spent several years dancing on the sidelines for both NBA and NFL pro teams.
Charlotte Simons
Charlotte Simons is the current Director of Cheerleading for the Cincinnati Bengals going on 28 seasons. She was a former Ben-Gal dancer, and captain for 12 seasons, and cheered in two Super Bowls for the Bengals.
