Terms & Conditions NFL Sidelines Sprint

Purpose

This is a 4-week Sprint program designed to accelerate your audition readiness. We back the program with two guarantees:

7-Day Unconditional Guarantee: cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
4-Week Conditional “Win-Back” Guarantee: if you meet all compliance requirements and hit the outcome standards (“Win”), you may request 100% refund or 100% credit toward our 6-month Sideline Ready program.

Definitions

Win: Achieving the published outcome criteria by the Week 4 deadline.
Compliance: Meeting all attendance, submission, and participation requirements listed below.
Submission: Weekly deliverables (videos, logs, forms) required for scoring.
Refund: Cash reimbursement processed to the original payment method.
Credit: Non-cash program credit applied toward the Sideline Ready program.
Mock Audition: A live, scored audition simulation in Week 4 run by our team. Required for guarantee eligibility.
Baseline: A standardized video assessment to capture starting metrics within 48 hours of enrollment. Used for coaching and verification; required for guarantee eligibility

Outcome Criteria (Win)

To qualify as a “Win,” participants must meet all thresholds by the end of Week 4 on the official scorecard:

Performance Score ≥ 75/100 (and pass the Mock Audition minimums)

Compliance Requirements

To be eligible for the conditional guarantee, you must:

Attend ≥90% of scheduled live sessions.
Submit all weekly videos by the stated deadline.
Maintain a practice log (submitted weekly).
Participate fully in the Week 4 mock audition.

⚠️ Failure to comply voids the guarantee.

Performance Requirements

Routine Memory & Accuracy (video): up to 20 pts
Turns Proficiency: up to 10 pts
Kicks/Extensions: up to 10 pts
Leaps/Power: up to 10 pts
Stamina/Full‑Out: up to 10 pts

Verification Process

Submission format: Videos must be submitted via the official Google Form in MP4/MOV format with visible timestamps.
Deadlines: Weekly submissions due by Sunday 11:59 PM PT.
Scoring: Coaches will use a standardized scorecard.
Appeals: You may submit one written appeal within 72 hours of receiving scores. Final decisions made within 5 business days.

Refund & Credit Mechanics

If you “Win”: you may choose between:
- 100% Cash Refund (processed within 10 business days to your original payment method),
  
  or
- 100% Credit applied instantly toward our 6-month Sideline Ready program.
If you “Do Not Win”: no refund or credit is issued.
Limit: One refund/credit per person. Non-transferable.

Exclusions

Missed deadlines or incomplete submissions.
Falsified logs, edited/fake submissions, or dishonest conduct.
Chargebacks or disputed payments.
Injuries/illness: you may request a pause (max 1 week) with documentation, but pausing disqualifies you from the guarantee.

Conduct & Integrity

Participants must act respectfully toward coaches and peers. Harassment, cheating, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

Consent & Recordings

By enrolling, you grant us permission to record sessions and use your submissions/testimonials for marketing purposes.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a guarantee has been wrongly denied, you may request a written review. A final decision will be provided within 5 business days.
