Becoming a pro dancer isn’t just about talent. It takes a proven plan, expert coaching, and the resilience to keep going.

When I auditioned for my first pro team, the Phoenix Suns, I didn’t make it. Instead of giving up, I spent the next year creating my own roadmap, learning exactly what it takes to succeed. A year later, I made the team. After dancing for one season, I didn’t make it back, but that setback opened the door to the Golden State Warriors, where I danced for seven seasons and served as an Assistant Coach for three.

I went from struggling at auditions to helping lead one of the most iconic teams in the NBA.

Today, over 80 dancers have used my coaching to make it onto NFL, NBA, and semi-pro teams. I also serve as a judge for auditions across the country, giving me direct insight into exactly what directors and judges are looking for.
